Any existing mitigation systems must be evaluated to ensure they are functioning correctly, per MAP Guide 9.6.3.2.J. Ground floor testing alone may not be sufficient for such an evaluation, as the radon professional needs to assess whether the mitigation system was installed properly and is still in working order.
